  This is an old property undergoing renovation so I gave it an extra star. Brand new vinyl plank flooring, new light fixture, shower heads, TV and a small fridge with a real freezer so we could refreeze our ice packs. Beds were hard but the room was clean. Sauna and hot tub closed for repair and a big pallet of renovation materials lead me to believe that this property will be even better next time. Just try not to get room 126 as it is right beside the stairs and it was noisy when people we're going up and down.

  The owners are extremely nice and really bend over backwards to make your stay great. We care here after refusing to stay at a scam property, and they did everything from open up a kitchen for us to getting us a larger table for a family dinner.
  
  I’ve stayed over 400 hotel nights in the last five years, and even though this isn’t a fully decked hotel (none to be found in the area), it really covers all the necessities: power plugs by the bed, clean, duvets (not those cheap disgusting yellow blankets), and fresh towels.
  
  It’s very reasonably priced for the area, and I’ll return here next time I’m in town.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. Bed sheets weren't changed, bathroom wasn't cleaned, faucets leak, there's black mold in the wall that separates the bathroom (where the tub is) and the room. We found dog hair & marks & even a piece of a chip in the beds. And it's just plain dirty. It looks like the flooring is new, but really, they've just painted over all the grossness and now it's coming through. And to top it off there's no one at front desk to talk with in the morning because the owner is sleeping, and no one will go knock on his door to wake him up to deal with anything. Not worth it at all.

  If you have any other choices of hotels, do not stay here. They advertise pet friendly, but there is nowhere to indicate that you are bringing a dog. Upon arrival, we were charged more than the price I was given after booking. Once in the room, the internet did not work. I contacted them about it, and the owner argued with me that it did work. He came by, couldn't get it working and then left, and it was never addressed again. Our windows did not lock - there was a stick wedged in to keep it from opening. Then the advertised indoor pool and sauna was down for maintenance. Looking in the window - it looked like it had been that way for a while. I would be hard pressed to give this place one star.

  Lots of potential but very lacking in the basics that you would expect from over 100 dollars a night. Front desk was polite and respectful making check in easy The cleaning staff must be getting minimum wage and worked to the bone. I found that the general presentation was okay but on closer look the room was filthy. Behind anything was months of dirt. The bathroom was clean but the tub was stained and didn't look clean. I didn't adventure to the"spa" or anything else. In the end I slept in my clothes. Will definitely not staying again, would rather sleep in my truck. They need to do a harsh cleaning of these rooms if they want any repeat guests.
